Mouse

No washing line (or cake) today, just a kit kat washing the taste of mouse off his feet. I could hear low level growling for ages before I realised he (the Ginger one) had a (live) mouse in his mouth and his (stripey) brother wanted it. After a bit of batting it about I managed to rescue it (probably only temporarily) and distract everyone with tea. Fish flavoured.

What a lovely day the Summer Solstice has been. It's a shame it's all downhill from here in terms of daylight, although 17hrs and 22 mins of sunlight isn't to be scoffed at. I was awake at about sunrise this morning for some reason (probably the Druids) but did manage to doze on and of until about 0630. It did mean I got my run in before it was too hot.

We're going to the seaside tomorrow.  And staying the night. Exciting.
