Vintage Retro….

My friend and ex colleague turned singer, with the very gifted guitar playing Mariano. They are known as Vintage Retro and their singing, playing and vitality got almost everyone dancing this evening. Wonderful opportunity for people watching, plus dancing ourselves. Those of us who do!

We took different friends with us this evening and they loved it. It was the 4th anniversary of the current ownership of Ginger & Spices in Chislehurst and there were pre dinner treats and a special menu.

And… I ran this morning. Worth recording because it hasn’t happened often enough recently. On my walk home I enjoyed so much colour made even brighter by the sun. A huge grateful.
