Hot Day

A very hot day today. This morning I did my regular exercise class. I don't know if it was the heat, or the routine, or a combination of both, but I was absolutely exhausted by the time I came out! Spent the rest of the morning trying to recover!

After school it was football and tennis... the kids were great and just kept going. After having tea outside at Lensbury they didn't go to the playground, which is their normal routine, but instead played under the shade of an enormous tree. Very sensible!
