Lovely sunny morning….

and a wealth of Field Pansies in amongst the Bedstraws and Speedwells. The hills looked good but the river was low. In the exposed shingle large patches of Thyme glowed. The Lapwing chick was learning to forage, its parents warching close by! White faced Darters were patrolling the pools.
