3rd time lucky!

We are invited out to dinner tomorrow, so I thought I’d give gypsy tart another try, as I need to take the pud.
It was a disaster, too liquid, the same as last time, so I chucked it in the bin and thought I’d have one last go before giving up for ever.
Well if at first you don’t succeed, try try try again and this time it worked! I couldn’t quite believe it, but it’s true!
I made a few smaller ones with the leftover mix, and you can see the texture is just right!
