Thames Path

R and I finally felt well enough to drive up to Kingston, where we met with the others, who had spent the day walking from Walton. They had finished their walk by the time we arrived so we had a drink with them and then drove to our hotel in Walton on Thames where we stayed for a couple of hours before heading out to dinner. We had a good meze at a Turkish restaurant called Capadocia and then retired to bed slightly the worse for wear. No idea why there were monkey statues in Kingston but they were fun items.
