Craigmillar & Blackford
Woke up early this morning and fuelled on toast. Went for a long walk along morning side and then to Blackford hill. Today an unkind relative visited my parents in India. My sister was fuming over the silly crying (after seeing my Mum) and all of the farce questions and my manipulative father’s ubnormally nice behaviour infront of them. That man is equipped with being so nice infront of others whilst being so abusive for his other three family members.
My sister was OK in the evening, so we chatted for a bit. Later, I cycled to Duddingston Loch and then to Craigmillar Castle. The journey from the Loch to the castle and to home back was tumultuous. Since I was exhausted and also I had to pass a jungle with my bike. I thought I will die in the Castle area, frankly.
At Newington, a person called David bumped into and was curious about my ethnicity : Sikh. He said that he was retired army man and went on about making a movie about different people in Edinburgh. I didn’t make much out of it. But nice friendly chat. I like people who are conversation starters.
Returned I had my soup and saw a movie: Maharaja which I would not recommend!
