Orange hawkweed
MrM was at work today, and went straight from there to play fiddle at an evening ceilidh, so I had the whole day to myself. Unfortunately, I needed to wait in for a parcel that MrM was expecting, so it was a day around the house and garden. Did three loads of washing and hung it out to dry, tackled some housework, and then spent the afternoon working in the garden.
The patch of orange hawkweed is looking splendid. It's considered a weed by many, and an invasive species in some countries, but it's bright and cheerful and insects love it, so it's staying in this garden.
Yesterday I thought the cough was really on it's way out, but this evening I'm not so sure...
