That’s The Way I Like It

The rugby club, no campers, camper vans, motor homes, cars parked, gym users, dog walkers, people, nothing. A bit of sunshine after some rain helping the freshly sanded pitch, not much litter, the ‘Rec’ is actually looking pretty good.
Mrs S and Sam along with friend Lucy headed off to Exeter and Ikea for some retail therapy leaving me with a few overdue chores to catch up on. The garden got cleared and cleaned, Paddy’s paddling, large drinking, pool was emptied and refilled.
Some gardening, deadheading and the like, the sun shone and the day went well. I’ve caught up on some sleep, caught up on some reading and received some news on a possible car.
