Minster Lovell
Yesterday, hubby kindly took me to the pictureseque village of Minster Lovell, which includes a ruined Manor House and (intact) dovecote. Sadly the former was being climbed on a few reckless teens, so the riverside setting wasn't as peaceful as it could have been, but it was a great lunch and meander. The main is the quintessential village shot.
Frustratingly unable to find a simple collage app, so you have many extras, which I'll have to cull later in the year!
1. Taken from the passenger window of the car, entering Henley as regatta week approaches
2 Lovely thistle, a more serious entry for Miranda's Wild Flower week
3. Rustic wall with thatched roof beyond
4. Signpost
5. Second wild flower entry
6. A splash of colour in the graveyard
7. Lovely rose
8. Deliveries to side door (was going to be my main, but thumbnail didn't really work)
The ruin itself doesn't want to upload but you can imagine!
I see it's a Blipday for me, so glad to have some nice photos, even if rather too many!
