Blooming

Another warm day today and the garden is looking good. A bit warm to sit out in it but the bedding has dried in quick time, I have dead-headed and watered this evening and even spotted signs of life in a dahlia that I thought had not survived. Lots of things are showing off their faces including another from-the-west dahlia. 

Bones were stirred before nine with a run and then a walk round to the shops and a very calorie-laden, light touch on the banana crepe with the favourite people. Bailey needed a few lie downs on the way back and has slept on and off for most of the rest of the day. He wasn't the only one this afternoon.
