Mysevin
SUNDAY
This morning I spent another couple of hours lifting more of the horrendous paving slabs to reveal the original flagstone path underneath. I have now removed over eighty flags and have about twice as many more still to lift. A little robin kept me company and scavenged on the grubs and insects on the underside of the stones (see extra).
This afternoon we went over to Mysevin at Nantglyn (main photo). The owners had opened their garden for charity and the profit form the tea and cakes was donated to the local church.
On the way home we made a detour to the osprey visitor centre at Llyn Brenig and were able to see the nesting birds through the spotter telescope and binoculars. The live feed of the nest can be seen here.
