Waiting to be fed!

Even warmer today with more sunshine .... I think Summer has arrived!

We had another wander this afternoon ...... thankfully without an encounter with an ant nest unlike yesterday!

There were several young Swallows about ... some in flight but several were waiting on the wire in the hope of being fed. 

I think the parents were trying to encourage them to catch their own food as they were flying past but not bringing food!

Couldn't resist blipping this young one ..... SOOC apart from a crop :-)
