Visiting Old Nanny Esmee

Bailee is standing in 'Old Nanny Esmee's' garden. Oscar and Bailee had a bit of fun exploring in the backyard and trying to find Lady, the cat. It was great to Stu's Nanny. The last time was two years ago on Esmee's birthday when Oscar happened to get his first tooth!

We stopped on the way back to Papamoa at the playground in Ohope. The air was chilly but we all had a bit of fun mucking around!

We have forgotten how green, quiet and pretty NZ is. So nice to be here, the twins are loving the outdoors, despite the cold. Another thing that is refreshing is the fresh produce. Most things are local and seasonal. We have got so used to everything being available all year around and being imported. Over here you predominantly eat seasonally and things taste so good!
