Magpie family

We have a family of magpies living close by, they are very vocal throughout the day.
The hospital appointment went smoothly, found the clinic easily, carpark space no trouble and we were out and on our way home within an hour. His wound is doing well and dressing off but he has a bad blister where the dressing has been rubbing so the doctor wanted that dressed and checked next week. He was so good.
Far too hot for young and old, we had the fan on all day and I made sure we all drank plenty of water.
The little one was obviously tired but would not go down for a nap so i took him into town in the buggy and he was asleep in no time and slept for a while when we got back.
Managed to sort out garage appointment and dental appointment while in clinic waiting area. Only job left to do is iron, so better get on with it.
Hubby so much better, still feeling a bit rough but his blood pressure is not dropping any more. So all looks promising for our trip later in the week.
