Borme Les Mimosas

We have arrived on the French Mediterranean coast near Borme Les Mimosas, which is actually a few miles inland and , I hope, will be another pretty French village. This bit of the coast however with high rise apartment blocks and a sandy but rather characterless beach is fairly ordinary and I struggled to find anything to make it look attractive, however I do like a good marina. The campsite we are staying on is absolutely vast, rammed and somehow not very friendly or sociable. I’ve never been to a place before where people hang big towels up around their encampments to keep them private. 
The campsite is so huge that it has its own supermarket., not just a little shop but a decent sized supermarket, several bars, tennis courts etc etc. It has a  pizzeria which will deliver to your tent or Motorhome. 
We shall investigate the pretty village tomorrow and I hope it will be worth seeking out.. this is the farthest point south of this year’s expedition and we shall be heading home after this.
