Notes: Started the day putting 2 ribeyes in the crock pot w/ EVOO, garlic & salt. Work and long Zoom w/ Susan in the morning. Went to the pool briefly a little after noon but thick clouds and much to do brought me right back. More work and then headed out for quick errands to have a flower arrangement made up on W Bay and then ATM stop near the Publix. Back and ate my steak w/ some broccoli and a boiled egg - start of the carnivore diet for a week or so to see how I feel. Another Zoom w/ Susan and more work before a quick shower. Watched some videos until 645p and then streamed shows.
