Main activity: Sun - bike ride, around the house, heavy rain
Notes: Awake 2a - ~4a and then dozed until almost 7a. Late getting on the bike and no rain in sight- didn't feel like it at all but headed out. First off, saw 2 dead armadillos in park/library street (one covered in 1000s of black buzzing insects, the other had none - very weird). Did 10 warm sticky miles and was ready to be done! Shower and coffee, watched CBS Sun Morning show. Around 1115a, made the whole pkg of turkey bacon, added a fried egg, salad to finish the arugula and warmed up the almond flour pancakes from the freezer. Heavy rain started about then and lasted a couple hrs - was the only bit of brief relief in the day ... needless to say, another pretty crappy feeling day. Didn't do much else, watched shows. Ended up Zooming w/ Jo (Australia) in the evening from ~ 8 - 945p.
