Love in a mist :)

Noted that on the hotest day so far this year my pink Aliums are finally budding up (extra) :)

I was awake at 5 having slept pretty much all night and it was so lovely and cool, I got up.  I had breakfast in the garden - not normally what I do at all, and just sat and enjoyed the peace before planes started their morning rush hour :)

I started job hunting early and as a result finished earlier than usual.  Just as well because its so hot upstairs just now!

Since then I've been reading and relaxing and may even have had a nana nap.

I was planning to go out tomorrow, but the thought of sitting in my car when the air con is not working....makes me think its not a good idea - its only blowing hot air :(:(  Anyone got any pointers or tips?

I saw a lovely dragonfly or damselfly by the Love in a Mist, but by the time I got the camera angled, it was gone.  I think it was one similar to this - definitely had a black spot on the wings - never seen one of those in my garden before...  

I was meant to be going out to bible study group tonight, but had a message this morning that both our leader and his wife have tested positive for COVID today, so its cancelled.  I

Chatted to them on Sunday, so I'm quite worried....as I have an MRI on Friday on my leg.  I've no temperature and don't feel unwell at all, so hopefully may have escaped...

Anyway, I'm off to find a shady spot!
