The Royal Norfolk Show

We had a lovely day out today at the Royal Norfolk Show.  A proper old-fashioned agricultural show with cattle and sheep being judged, heavy horse displays, shepherding demonstrations etc.  There was also Shetland Pony racing, pig racing, the RAF parachute display team, and lots more.  We loved seeing all the animals and spotted more different types of sheep than I think we knew existed!  It was cold and foggy when we set out but I took note of the forecast which was for good weather and wore my shorts (and sun cream) and it turned out a lovely, hot day.

I've added some extras; a compilation of the heavy horses on display, and some more of the cattle being judged.  The show is on again tomorrow if anyone in the area is interested!
