But not thriving. These San Marzano tomatoes are growing and ripening slowly. The first couple that I ate were very mushy on the inside and had no taste. With the excessive heat I don’t know if I will get enough to make a batch of marinara which is the goal. Or if the will taste that good.

Time for another round of fertilizer so maybe after that they will get plumper and tastier.
