Bubbles And Patterns

After nearly an inch of rain, the ephemeral pond had filled enough to overflow down the culvert. I became interested in patterns in the water as it tumbled over an edge making bubbles downstream.

I thought a diagonal division might add to the active nature of the image. As always, an internal dialogue ensued over where to place the dividing line. I thought 50/50 as both were equally important, but am I sitting on the fence?
