Flamenco
A pretty full day. We are staying near the top of La Rambla, so we walked to the Mantjuic Castle (second extra), only taking the cable car for the last bit. We walked down and then took the cable car over the harbour (first extra looking back at the Castle hill). A walk through El Born to the Banksy Museum.
A quick change then out to a dinner while watching Flamenco dancers.
On the way home we walked past Mies van der Rohe’s Barcelona Pavillion (third extra). It was built in 1929 as a temporary building for Expro and taken down in 1930. A group of Spanish architects rebuilt it in the 1980s.
