Foxy
As I was having my breakfast this morning a pair of magpies flew into the garden and started making their loud and unattractive alarm call. As I suspected it was because a fox was passing through our garden. The poor foxes are hounded by the magpies, the foxes want to wander around the gardens quietly and undetected but have to put up with the raucous noise from above. Later on I noticed a smaller young fox sitting under the bird feeder looking longingly upwards and managed to grab a shot of it through the back window. The magpies didn’t arrive this time so it was able to sit for a while, have a hood scratch then wander off.
