Cherry Thief

I have had an abundance of cherries this year. The tree is quite tall so the birds have enjoyed easy pickings from the top branches, fortunately leaving the lower branches for me!  Today as I looked out of my kitchen while preparing breakfast I spotted the latest "thieves" - a pair of jays. I don't think I have seen even one in my garden before, so this was a treat and they were welcome to their feast.
