Friday: Caladium

This morning felt bitty with several calls and then a trip up to Belize City for a lunch engagement. 

This evening K and I had a couple of drinks at ‘Wings And Feathers’, our new go-to place. We were delighted when my colleague, Ashanti, turned up to join us (on the back of us sending selfies).

K and I then went to ‘Caladium’, Belmopan’s oldest restaurant, for dinner.  We really enjoyed it - it was a little basic, and the music was a bit loud, but the food was very good.  And they were very attentive.
