Old Blue Eyes

A day off work and its turned cooler last nights washing dried on the line so this morning  another load done and was put on the line to dry. 
Mid morning I decided to go for a walk in search of a blip. I decided to go for a walk along the riverbank cycle track to search out a blip. I set off and was the other side of the river when it started to slightly rain so I rang Julie to warn her so she got the washing in. I decided to carry on my walk and thankfully the rain did fall for about 10 - 15 minutes but not to hard and some of the time I was under  a tree line so could hear it falling but not feel it .

A few bits around after the rain but not to many  insects . A handful of butterflies on the wing but none settling I did spot this Blue tailed Damselfly so grabbed a shot of it. I know I have blipped them before but I love the detail of its wings.
Back home via Tesco to get a couple of bits and a spot of Lunch.
Sport on TV this afternoon including some International Rugby League France V England just watched the women's match very one-sided England winning 42-0  now watching the men's match and England trail  8-0  after 12 minutes sadly its not on main TV which is very poor in my view having to watch it on the Rugby leagues streaming service .
Euro football this evening Germany V Denmark so will watch that  Italy are playing Switzerland at the same time as the rugby so will keep an eye on the score as Switzerland is my team in the work sweepstake .
A few beers to be also enjoyed this evening while Julie enjoys Gin & tonic
