Boy in Blue

What alovely day has been had.  A thank you from our niece was to spend the day with them and have lunch.  It was boiling but with umbrellas and awnings we were all able to keep cool enough.  After lunch there was much excitement as the paddling pool was going to be filled for the tinies.  This is the tiniest watching the pool filling... they had a lovely time sliding and splashing.. and now we are home for a silent cup of tea before heading out to a barbecue with friends... i am exhausted after the drive but it will be a fun evening.
