Marsh cinquefoil

The day wasn’t quite as planned but I got laundry done while it rained this morning and potted on some beetroot. Went for a late walk at Eycott - lots of ragged robin, lots of wild thyme, a few pansies past their best, bog asphodel just beginning to flower, cheered by some magnificent orchids that stood out from right over the other side of the bog(extra), accidentally flushed a snipe and then I went on for a swim.
