After the rain...

We had rain most of the day, so when the sun came out we took a walk on the main road. This photo shows the old with the new... an old out building from a local farm on the left, in contrast to just some of the 86 turbines that make up the Wolfe Island Wind Farm. I believe the buildings underneath the turbines are maintenance facilities for them. The  height of these turbines is 80 meters or 262 ft tall. Each rotor blades length is 45 meters or 147 ft long!!! They are huge if you stand underneath one.
