The road home

After a great weekend we came home the scenic route through inland Mid Canterbury . A lovely if cold day and the mountains were looking superb. It was so great not having to drive. My grandson is a good driver and was soon home and the fire lit.
Both grandsons were out helping with the feeding out by 6am so as Alan could have the afternoon off. Alan and Tracey followed us so far down the road and we all had lunch out together.
Will put another couple in extras. We are lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world. All these images were snapped with the cel phone as I was being driven at 100 kms so lucky they turned out as good as they did
