NgA Han (and Haile Selassie behind him)
V and I went to Stroud Brewery's balcony bar to see a dub artist called Nga Han (pronounced Naga). At first it was still daylight on the balcony, with not many people dancing in the room, but the atmosphere warmed up and Nga kept going until they switched on the lights at 11pm. I'm not sure I'd go and see a dub artist again, but I had a great dance for sure. I've still got tinnitus the following morning. That's two Saturday nights in a row.
In other news, S and E and I went to lunch at the Trinity rooms and wandered around town together. The Youth Assembly were sitting and/or dancing outside the Stroud Conservative MP's office and had occupied the balcony above. They were handing out leaflets. S and E were unimpressed. 'What can they do?' they said. I tried to talk about small steps, but S was not having any of it. They went to the gym, and I went home via some charity shops. Bavk in the garden, the weather was 'scorccio' and I fell asleep on the sofa in the cabin.
