Where did the day go? Exercise, Pilates ( surprise from the group that I was back within two weeks!) and afternoon catch up with friend N. 
Woke up sore and stiff so it took the first lot of exercises to mobilise the knee. But delighted to have a sense of normality by returning to Pilates.
Not as many exercises completed to day but key is not overdoing it. They get easier through the week. Can now scale the stairs normally but coming down stairs is work in progress.
Good to catch up with friend N. After sitting and chatting the knee felt better
