The last thing I did before I switched my laptop off last night was secure a car for the weekend. So today, we are car-less and home-bound. I'm so glad it's the weekend.

I finally managed to download and edit the pictures taken at our team outing on Wednesday night. And then, we had a visit from Diane. She came over for coffee and a catch-up. It's always good to have a visitor because the flat gets tidied up. I even went round and dusted!

A quiet evening followed. I organised another Chinese takeaway for dinner.

I took another shot of the flame tree. It feels like it hardly flowered this year. ;(
