Horses

When this property sold quite awhile ago, we wondered what the new owners would do with the field after they added new fencing. I was thrilled to see four horses in there recently! I love horses. I couldn't get a photo with all four, but these two were close enough. I've stopped a few times to talk to them, but they've been quite skittish until today. One of the others came up to the fence and I gave it some fresh grass, always greener on the other side, right?  I was delighted to feel those lips on my palm. I miss being around horses with Krista.
In the past, there have been four alpacas in the field (John, Paul, George and Ringo) and a couple of donkeys. Great to see animals again across from the park and in a place where I often walk along the road.
