-EY UP PETAL

A good and much needed QiGong session this morning.  Just some tidying up after that.  Then Garron and I have decided to go to Carlisle tomorrow to try and visit the Castle and the big Second-Hand Book Store.  We are going to go by train to let the take the strain as the saying used to go - we will see.

This is one of the calendular in the bouquet from my sister and here boyfriend and I thought it was a very lovely colour, so that is today's blip.
