Fjord Dip

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Normals,

Biker Chick and I walked down to the fjord late morning to have a lovely swim surrounded by mountains and then had lunch outside at a coffee shop in the sunshine.

It was lovely but had definitely overextended Biker Chick and she felt pretty bad for the rest of the day. As her treatment progresses, I’m sure how her body reacts will become more predictable but at the moment it’s frustrating and scary. As she said “you only know you’ve overdone it after you’ve overdone it”.
