Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Normals,

Biker chick and I went to a different place to swim today which had a sauna. It’s definitely the way forward. Might see if I can get one built at Gullane.

It was a good day for Biker Chick. She finds her lack of energy very frustrating and claustrophobic so her dip in the fjord was like a wonder drug for her brain.

We then sat in her living room, looking out of the window at the view and chatting about poos. Not at all like an old couple!
