Caerketton Craigs and the T-Wood
A lovely sunny day again. A wee daunder around the park after changing the bedding. Park was very quiet, a couple of dog walkers and one family in the playpark. In White Lady Wood, Inkcap Mushrooms, Extra 1 have appeared.
After coffee, a wee bit of photo editing and general reading before heading out to do some hedge trimming. A communal hedge, so there is help from neighbours clearing up, or removing thicker branches and weeds. Now the public can walk to the bus stop side by side, and can see the bus arriving.
In the afternoon, partner and I head up to Swanston. I took a light jacket as it felt quite cool and the forecast was for dark clouds. However, the sun made a brief appearance and it was to warm to wear it. Main blip shows the the mostly weekly blip of Caerketton Craigs and the T-Wood. Extra 2 shows some juvenile swallows sitting on a branch. Occasionally an adult would fly down with something for the youngster to eat. Can also see the Trossachs, Extra 3. While nice out, it was great to get home for a cup of coffee and some chocolate as I was now feeling the effort of trimming the big hedge in the morning.
Needless to say it was a quiet evening, just catching up the the Tour de France watching the highlight programme.
