…..so it started with BP.  I was not feeling it and was tempted to sit in the car scrolling but that would have been silly!  It was a new programme and quite tough - the squat track had over 200 squats ffs!

Home to quickly pick some sweet peas then up to J to see her new kitchen - and talk pan storage?!?  She is sweet and kind and mopped up my tears.  Home for late lunch and to help OH move desk and unpack new side unit.  Dining room nearly finished and looking good.

Chat with No.1 and then contemplation and more tears - waiting for details and timing of next surgery and hope it is soon.  I emailed my sister L and said I wasn’t up for a chat, maybe later this week.  Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day?
