Love my Pink, love my bike

I watched this young lady from a table in Muffin Break. She was enjoying the space of The Rushes.

I'd managed to get there because I left Len and Basil at home while I went to collect something from M&S. Of course, there were one or two other things to pick up while I was there including Chilli tomato ketchup. I have felt bereft since Heinz stopped making theirs.

Muffin Break is just next door. A marvellous opportunity to take tea and a GF muffin on my own.
