A great blipmeet walk.

We had a super walk today organised by Wendles56.

Meeting at Lady B's in the St Ives estate we headed up,to,the moors to get the hot bit out of the way first.

Here you can see Wendles56 taking a blip of myself, Corinthian Column, ValC and Dotsnaps at Badger rocks.

There is still a mass of cotton grass all over moor but later on we came across heather coming into bloom contrasting nicely with the fresh green of the bracken being crossed here by 3 of our number.

The big surprise on the moor an expense of wild flowers in an old quarry including lots of these amazing wild orchids.

We descended to the cool of the woods at Goit Stock and then returned through Harden to Lady B's for a late but delicious lunch!
