Fish and Chips

Lemon sole fish and chips.

We took the train for a day trip to Canterbury today. We saw the Cathedral (of course), St. Augustine's Abbey, St. Martin's Church (a very religious-structure-heavy day for a couple of lifelong atheists), Roman museum, various gates, and Westgate Gardens, as well as generally wandering around the town. Before catching the train back we went to an excellent local brewery then picked up some fish and chips for dinner. The chips (mostly buried under the fish in the picture) were substandard, but the fish was quite good (and it was interesting to have something far from
the cod/halibut/haddock family in this context.
