Wildflowers
For the first time since his diabetes diagnosis, Bailey had his breakfast very late today. I managed to sleep through the alarm and when I woke up at half seven, realised that he had not had his breakfast. He didn’t seem to have any after effects but I’ll not be doing it again. Once we got up properly, we walked the block and then I did a supermarket shop and returned an order at the post office. These wildflowers have been sown in the supermarket car park in place of where some trees have been removed. They were adding some colour to a grey morning. We’ve had rain on and off so my three lots of washing are drying in the house. A few more Saturday jobs done and an afternoon nap. Maybe that will mean that I don’t sleep through the alarm tomorrow.
