Post-shower

I managed not to sleep through the alarm this morning and Bailey had his breakfast at the right time. He also granted me a lie-in and didn't fancy too long a walk when we did get going. Home for breakfast and then I decided to risk getting the grass cut for the first time in two weeks. The forecast was for showers again today but in spite of lots of grey clouds, it didn't rain until around tea time. So, grass cut and some dead-heading whilst Bailey lay in the sun and got a bit warm. A couple of work jobs that needed doing for tomorrow did eventually happen and I'm sort of ready for the penultimate week of this academic year. We are doing enrichment fortnight with lots of trips and projects with year groups to allow for some strategic time along the way. Hopefully it'll be useful for people to get things sorted for September.
