To Spurn and beyond ..

I had a day out to Spurn today with my bird group chap. We were visiting the lighthouse which isn't generally open to the public but we're special so we were allowed to :)

This was our view from the top - it's such a fabulous and special place.

I spent time taking macro shots of wildflowers and then went to a favourite hide. There's a swallow nest in the hide at the moment, and the parents were busy coming and going with mouthfuls of damselflies for the babies ..
