The Main Road
We walk along the main road for half a kilometre in order to reach Paradise Gully Road, which is much quieter and where Bean can run free.
On the main road I have my ears on alert for approaching traffic so that I can call her back to me to sit and wait for vehicles to pass. We usually have to stop for two or three cars and farm vehicles.
It has been a windy old day, but warmer (14C) which is a welcome change.
In between lengthy stints of Wimbledon I have made my first Gruyere cheese. I love Gruyere so I don't know why it's taken me so long to try to create one. I hope I get it right.
Bean supervised.
