Vibrant yellow Osteospermum

The 14th Sunday in Ordinary Time.
The Feast Day of Saint Ethelburga. 665.

It was cloudy and quite cold when I got up. It is now 9:35am,18.3c and drizzling lightly.

The cats are playing outside in the garden after having their breakfast.

Holly likes to sit in a space beside the greenhouse and she watches the young starlings being fed on the bird table. If they aren't fed quick enough, they make an attention - seeking squawking.

I am listening to Beechgrove Garden and they are showing how to plant and nurture cuttings. Basically use perlite and peat free compost. Put a plastic bag over the plant pot and then in the greenhouse until there are signs of life.

My blip is of a yellow osteospermum, also called an African Daisy,I bought from the Co op. It needed some tlc and water because it was gasping in the supermarket where they don't really have time to care for the plants.

I listened to an excellent online Catholic Holy Mass and they had a lovely harmonious choir today.

Well that's all for now.

Thanks for dropping by and have a lovely Sunday blip friends.
