Rudbeckia

Mad weather again! Thankfully the heavy rain didn't arrive here until lunchtime, so I managed to get in the garden this morning and I was a woman on a pruning mission!! Lots of shrubs needed cutting back - I think I got up to 7 bags filled with garden waste when the rain arrived!  And nice to see Rudbeckia that I grew from seed starting to flower! and the slugs and snails have left these plants alone - a rare event!!  

I've now earnt an afternoon on the sofa with a book and sport on TV!
