Boys Night For Murphy

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

We headed up to Banchory for the night to visit Albert. We went out for dinner and I offered to drive which had absolutely NOTHING to do with slight over consumption last night!

The Duke joined us for dinner and gave us the very exciting news that he’s is on month 3 of his first ever rum pot. Penny used to do one every year and I look forward to the reinstatement of the Christmas tradition of pouring delicious rocket fuel on ice cream. Like Ice Magic* for grownups.

We left Murphy in Terry’s capable hands back in Edinburgh. Although I love having him up in Banchory, it’s an easier visit without a puppy deciding that the middle of the night is party time. He thinks Terry is the best person ever and will be delighted not to have to share him with EMP!

*Remember that stuff? A staple in any 80s house and the mint chocolate was definitely the best. My brother and I used to squirt it into our mouths straight from the bottle!
